We have a no RETURN Policy. If your item is Damaged or Broken you are eligible for an Exchange Only. Please send Inquiry via E-mail Botanicaanahita101@gmail.com

To Start an Exchange Send Email. Don't send item with out sending inquiry First, item will not be Exchanged.

Please Provide Proof of purchase Also Proof of Damaged item.

For item to qualify it has to be in Original Packing , has not been worn or used.

Once you send Email with proof and item is Accepted for an Exchange you will be sent an Exchange Label with Instructions on how and where to leave package.
